Squeezing Information from GLAST Photons, One-by-One

I will discuss several data analysis techniques based on
data segmentation (where the data themselves
determine the segments) and with no information lost to
pre-defined bins in time, energy or position.  The
applications include: block-segmentation of event time
series, to detect and characterize transients and other
light curve features; wavelet power spectra, to characterize
variability as a function of time-scale; measurement of
energy dependent delays, and point source location.
