Extrasolar Planets

The term "extrasolar planets" makes it sound like they're planets that are really, really solar, but they're not.  They're planets that orbit stars other than our Sun...so, if you think about it, they're actually the least solar planets.  Some people call them "exoplanets," which, admittedly, is shorter, but I never really cared for that myself.  Anyway, I'll talk about extrasolar planets, how we find them, what we know about them, how to bring out their flavor while keeping them juicy and tender, and which wines complement them the best.
