Ebina Abstract: I anticipate to discuss recent developments of the marked power spectrum, which is a promising method to probe the non-Gaussian information of density fields through a two-point correlation framework. Due to its nature as a two-point correlator, significant challenges of a direct bispectrum analyses, such as the data vector size and covariance matrix treatment, are alleviated, while retaining perturbative modeling comparable to that of the standard power spectrum. My recent work shows that survey geometry effects on the marked power spectrum can be modeled similarly to the power spectrum, making significant progress to data application.

If time permits, I will also discuss other work relating to high-redshift cosmology with DESI Run 2 and perturbative modeling of FRB dispersion measures.

Goldstein Abstract: I plan to discuss new techniques for constraining fundamental physics with CMB and large-scale structure surveys. In particular, I will present constraints on axions using observations from the Atacama Cosmology Telescope, a new approach to searching for primordial non-Gaussianity with large-scale structure surveys, updated constraints on multi-field inflation using the latest DESI observations, and component-separated CMB temperature, polarization, tSZ, and kSZ maps derived from early Simons Observatory data.
